PIMEX 2010 in Phuket nears sell-out

By IBI Magazin. Informa Yacht Group, organiser of PIMEX 2010 in Phuket, Thailand, has confirmed that the in-water display is almost sold out with over 30 yachts having reserved space. Among them will be several yachts of over 24m (80ft) in length

The show, which runs from January 7-10 in the Royal Phuket Marina, is expected to attract 90 exhibitors, with 45 yachts in the water. All major brokers and dealers from around South East Asia have already signed up to participate.

Informa has also revealed that a PIMEX preview will be held in Bangkok from November 6-8 at the Pan Pacific Hotel in the city’s central business district. Leading brokers will be on hand to show the capital’s residents some of the boats that will be on display at the main event in January.
